Aníbal J. Núñez is a commercial litigation attorney with over 13 years of active legal experience, specializing in defending energy and petroleum product distributors in Puerto Rico. His practice also includes advising clients in matters and disputes involving commercial transactions, breach of contract, franchising and distribution, antitrust, product liability, class actions, and shareholder rights.
Counsel Núñez earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law. He served as Associate Director and Editor of the University of Puerto Rico Law Review. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in finance from the University of Puerto Rico.
He is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He can provide seamless advice and representation in Spanish and English.
